3. SHIPPING FORMS AND DEADLINES

The deadlines indicated below are computed from Monday to Friday and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the chosen form of payment is bank transfer, these terms can be modified, since the order will be sent at the moment that said transfer is effective.

• On special dates such as Christmas, Three Kings, bank holidays or special promotions (Black Friday, Light Friday....), we do not guarantee that the delivery will be made on time, due to the volume of merchandise from transport agencies.

• Dominnico reserves the right to modify delivery times and the type of shipment without prior notice in the case of special cases.

• In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.

• If the order is not picked up, it will be sent to the MRW warehouses.

3.1. Shipments to Spain (Peninsula)

3.1.1. Home delivery

In this case there are four shipping methods depending on the availability and customer preference:

• Urgent Shipping 24h. Cost of postage € 9.

• Standard Shipping up to 7 business days. Cost of postage € 6.

• Extended Shipping 12 to 15 days. For these products there is no possibility to select another shipping option. Shipping costs €6.

In Urgent 24h shipments, Dominnico guarantees delivery to the carrier, the same day the order is placed, of all those orders that are formalized before 4:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time). As long as they are made from Monday to Friday (except holidays), otherwise the order will be processed the first business day after the day it was made. This shipping method is available only for those products with the indication "Stock 24h" and orders with home delivery. Delivery within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed in the case of towns more than 50 km from the closest transport agency to the place of shipment. 

Free shipping on orders over €100 (VAT included) or €50 for Standard Shipping.

3.2. Shipments to Spain (Balearic Islands)

3.2.1. home deliveries

In this case there is a shipping method:

• Standard Shipping 3 to 5 days. Cost of postage € 9.99.

Free shipping on orders over € 100 (VAT included) for Standard Shipping.

3.3. Shipments to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

For this type of shipment select as Country: Spain (Canary Islands), Spain (Ceuta), Spain (Melilla).

Sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will not be subject to VAT (21%), however, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case will we be able to determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receiving his order since it depends on local customs and taxes.

The exact amount of postage will be calculated based on the final weight of your order. You can check it directly in the basket before confirming the order.

Free shipping on orders over €100 (VAT included) (as long as they do not exceed 20 Kg in weight).

3.3.1. Home delivery

• Standard Shipping 8 to 12 days (possible delays caused by customs are not considered).

• Extended Shipping 18 to 23 days. For these products there is no possibility to select another shipping option.

3.3.2. Shipping with collection at the Post Office

• Standard Shipping 8 to 10 days (possible delays caused by customs are not considered).

• Extended Shipping 18 to 23 days. For these products there is no possibility of selecting another shipping option.

By entering your postal code, the offices closest to that code are displayed. The order will be delivered to the Post Office designated by the user. When you arrive at the office, the user will be notified by SMS and/or email.

3.4. Shipments to international destinations

3.4.1. Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.

Standard shipping 15 business days.

• Orders less than and equal to €300. Cost of postage €21.

• Orders over €300. Shipping costs €9.

3.4.2. Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Slovenia and Sweden.

Standard shipping 15 business days. 

• Orders less than and equal to €200. Cost of postage €28.

• Orders over €200. Free shipping.

3.4.3. Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

Standard shipping 15 business days. 

• Orders less than and equal to 2 kg. Cost of postage €40.

• Orders over 2 kg €. Shipping costs €60.

3.4.4. Canada and the United States.

Standard shipping 15 business days. 

• Orders less than and equal to 2 kg. The cost of the postage € 38.

• Orders over 2 kg. Shipping costs €60.

3.5. Cancellations

Orders that are confirmed and in the preparation phase cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Service department so they can tell you how to proceed.

4. CHANGES AND RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (Offering our clients a term superior to the legal one of 14 days according to the art. 102 and 104, of the RDL 1/2007, of November 16, by which the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of the Consumers is approved and Users and other complementary laws.

How to make the return or change?

• Return the product remotely, for this you must contact via email to  dominnico.web@gmail.com  and the order will be collected, with the costs borne by Dominnico.

You must send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. 

It is very important that you return the product (s) perfectly packed. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. 

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Dominnico.com will accept the return of the product and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made, and, where appropriate, the shipment. of the new product:

a) If you made the payment through your Stripe account, the amount will be credited to the same Stripe account.

b) If you made the payment through your Paypal account, the amount will be credited to the same Paypal account.

Note: You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 7 days from the receipt in our warehouse of the exchange or return product.  

4.1. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to cancel their purchase within a period of 14 days from receipt of the order as long as they communicate within said period, the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. use, directly through the usual means of contact published on our website.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, but if your original order had shipping costs, they will always be returned in the standard shipping cost option 3-5 days (even if the original order has another shipping method).

6. WARRANTY

Dominnico offers its customers a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Dominnico offers its customers a 2-year legal warranty for new items, additionally, Dominnico customers benefit from the commercial warranty given by the different manufacturers of each of the items, in cases where it is for a longer period.

Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.

Decreases in the functionality of the articles, due to their design limitations, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.

If upon receipt of the order, before the product is used, you find any defect or failure in what you received, you will have to contact us through Customer Service, we will ask you for a photo of the defect and we will take care of collecting the product, once we receive it, we will proceed to change or replace it immediately or in the event that it is not possible to return the money.
 

7. PRICE LIST

All the prices shown in the list of our products are with taxes provided that in the initial configuration you have selected one of the countries of the European Union as the shipping country and without taxes in the rest. In Spain, in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, if the user is identified, the prices also appear without taxes. This is because applicable taxes vary depending on the country from which the purchase is made.

In relation to Value Added Tax, as a general rule the tax rate of 21% will be applied for the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable. All those companies belonging to countries of the European Union except Spain and that are registered as an intra-community operator will be exempt from paying this tax. In the sale to any other country in the world, VAT will not be charged, however, the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges. All customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or the shipping price, and must be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise.

Due to its special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-community territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying VAT (all customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or shipping, and must be paid in destination by the recipient of the goods).

The prices displayed on Dominnico.com may be reviewed and modified if the conditions require it at any time.

7.1. Sales

All the products that Dominnico.com promotes at a special price will be displayed on the website with the following information: offer price, regular price, discount percentage and end date of the offer or promotion. Said offers will be available until the indicated date, unless stocks last, in which case the product will automatically disappear from the web.

The offers are not combinable with other offers, packs, discounts or special promotions in force. The offer with the highest discount will always apply.

Any pack is considered as a special promotion and is not subject to any other discount.
